3. Booking and Payment

 

All bookings are subject to confirmation and availability.
Payments must be made as agreed, either in advance or upon completion of services.
Late payments may incur additional charges.

 

4. Deposit Policy

 

A deposit of 25% is required for any booking over £100 to confirm your booking. This deposit is non-refundable; however, if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, the deposit may be applied to a future service provided that you notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

 

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be provided if a service is cancelled in line with our cancellation policy or if we are unable to deliver the agreed service.

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you must notify us within 24 hours, and we will attempt to resolve the issue.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
